Regional Flatbed Freight Dispatcher Needed

My fleet of flatbed trucks hauls for manufacturers across regional lanes and I want every mile to pay top dollar. The job is simple in concept but demanding in execution: keep the trailers moving with well-vetted, high-rate loads while coordinating pick-ups and deliveries that stay within regional limits.

You will work the load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), negotiate with brokers, confirm rates, and line up schedules that fit Hours-of-Service realities. Clear communication with both brokers and drivers is essential; I rely on quick updates so I can plan equipment, fuel, and maintenance without surprises.

Deliverables I expect each week:
• A confirmed load sheet for every booked haul, including rate, commodity, weight, and contact details
• Real-time driver/location updates pushed through text or email
• Copies of rate confirmations and PODs filed to my cloud drive within 24 hours of delivery
