Reflowable ePub from InDesign

I have a fully laid-out, 96-page paperback set up in Adobe InDesign and the print side is finished. What I now need is a clean, reflowable ePub version.

Here is what I will supply the moment we start:
• the InDesign package with all text styles already stripped out for easier tagging
• 38 images, each resaved as 150 dpi JPG
• front and back cover art ready for embedding

Requirements
• Build a standards-compliant ePub (no fixed layout) that passes EPUB-Check and previews correctly on Kindle, Apple Books, and Kobo readers.
• Insert a clickable, device-agnostic Table of Contents so readers can navigate by chapter regardless of screen size. No audio, video, or animation is needed beyond that.
• Preserve the existing image positions and basic typographic intent while allowing text to reflow naturally.
• Return to me the final .epub file plus any working files you generate (e.g., InDesign export settings, Sigil edits, etc.).
