Refine Research Paper Readability

I have a completed research paper that will be circulated to industry professionals, and before it reaches them I need it to read as smoothly as possible. The first milestone is all about readability: tightening awkward sentences, improving flow, and ensuring every paragraph guides the reader effortlessly to the next. While readability is the priority, you’ll notice my wider objectives—strong structure, rock-solid consistency, high impact and overall conciseness—so feel free to flag larger-scale improvements you spot along the way.

You’ll work directly in the manuscript (Word or Google Docs) so I can see tracked changes plus a clean version ready to send. Clear, professional language that resonates with practitioners rather than academics is essential, and technical terminology should remain intact but never feel dense.

If you’ve polished research papers or white-papers for an industry audience before, I’d love to see a brief sample. My aim is to wrap up this first readability pass quickly and, if it goes well, move straight into deeper structural and stylistic refinement.
