Refine Dinosaur Device for Resin Printing

# URGENT – 3D CAD Modelling & Refinement for Resin Printing (24-Hour Deadline)

**Project Overview**

I'm looking for an experienced 3D CAD modeller to help finalise an existing product design for resin 3D printing.

The product is a small, dinosaur-shaped, gua sha-inspired handheld device with soft, organic curves, a button and an internal space for LED components.

I have already developed the original design and have preliminary STL, STEP and Blender files created with AI-assisted tools. However, the current model needs further refinement to accurately match my original design.

I'm looking for someone who can review the existing files, refine the geometry or remodel certain areas if necessary.

## Phase 1 – 3D Modelling & Design Refinement

The model must closely follow my attached original reference image.

Key requirements:

- Approximate dimensions: 100 × 42 × 48 mm
- Smooth, rounded dinosaur head with a natural transition into the neck
- Exactly four rounded finger-grip curves, smoothly integrated into the front of the body
- Soft, flowing, sculptural surfaces rather than angular or blocky shapes
- Rounded dinosaur spikes and a flower-like scalloped base
- Approximately 10 mm button opening and USB-C opening
- Hollow interior for LED components
- Two-part structure that can be assembled

The overall proportions and original design character should be preserved.

## Phase 2 – Resin 3D Printing Preparation

The final model needs to be suitable for physical resin 3D printing.

Please ensure appropriate wall thickness, drainage openings, assembly clearances and printable geometry.

The intended appearance is semi-transparent or frosted, allowing light from an internal LED to diffuse through the body.

A fully functional electronic or wireless system is not required.

## Required Deliverables

- Print-ready STL files
- STEP file
- Editable source file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, Rhino or similar)
- Separate printable parts for assembly
- Front, side, back and bottom renders for approval
- Basic geometry and printability checks

## Timeline & Budget

**URGENT: Ideally completed within 24 hours, by 28 October (Sydney time).**

Since I already have detailed design references and preliminary 3D files, I'm hoping for an affordable fixed-price quote.

I'm looking for someone with genuine hands-on 3D modelling experience, not AI-generated renders alone.

Please include your availability, estimated price, software experience and examples of similar organic product modelling work.

I can provide all existing files and reference images immediately.
