Refine Dental Brand Into Complete Kit

We're looking for a graphic designer to professionally refine our existing logo concepts and create a complete branding kit for our dental practice, Pagosa Smiles, in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

We've already developed mountain and truck illustrations that we'd like to retain and refine. We are not looking for an entirely new concept.

Our aesthetic is modern mountain - clean, timeless, welcoming, and approachable, with a slightly elevated feel but nothing overly luxurious or intimidating.

We're looking for the following deliverables:

Logo Design & Variations
- Primary and secondary logo layouts incorporating "Pagosa Smiles" and "Family Dentistry"
- Horizontal, stacked, and simplified logo variations
- A simplified logo specifically designed for embroidery on scrubs and polos
- One-color and reversed (white) logo versions
- Logo variations suitable for signage, website, social media, printed materials, and uniforms

Brand Identity & Guidelines
- A cohesive color palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK values
- Coordinating typography for the logo, headings, and body text
- Canva-compatible font recommendations
- A comprehensive brand guidelines PDF documenting colors, fonts, logo usage, and spacing
- Refined mountain and truck illustrations provided as separate, standalone graphics

File Formats & Canva Compatibility
- Transparent PNG files in multiple sizes
- SVG and print-ready PDF files
- Editable vector source files (AI or EPS)
- A **Canva-ready brand kit folder**, with all logo variations and supporting graphics clearly named, organized, and ready to upload directly into Canva
- Font names and color codes organized for easy setup in Canva's Brand Kit
- Digital and print-ready versions of the graphics

Custom Icon Library
- A coordinated set of approximately 8–12 custom icons for use across our website, Canva marketing materials, patient handouts, and social media
- Icons representing our primary dental services, appointment scheduling, contact information, and other commonly used elements
- A consistent, minimal line-art style that complements our existing mountain and truck illustrations
- Consistent stroke weights, proportions, and corner styles
- Individual SVG and transparent PNG files for each icon
- Full-color, single-color, and reversed versions where appropriate
- Icons organized in our Canva-ready brand assets folder

Please include the icon library as a separate line item in your quote so we can evaluate the additional cost.

We'd also like to establish our final typography and color standards early in the design process so we can begin developing our new website and printed marketing materials with consistent branding.
