Refine Corporate Governance Ethics Policies

I am revisiting our corporate governance framework with a special emphasis on ethical standards and integrity. The existing documents—code of conduct, conflict-of-interest guidelines, whistle-blower protocol, and anti-bribery statement—need sharper language, clearer accountability clauses, and stronger alignment with recognised best-practice benchmarks such as the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and ISO 37301.

What matters most is that the finished policy set feels practical and values-driven while still satisfying board scrutiny and external audits. Tone must remain professional yet accessible so employees at every level can understand their obligations without legal jargon overshadowing the message.

• A tracked-changes version to illustrate all edits
• A one-page employee summary/quick-reference sheet

Acceptance will be based on:
• Complete coverage of the four focus areas listed above
• Consistency of style and terminology across all sections
• Clear role-ownership tables and escalation paths for breaches
• Zero unresolved comments in the final Word file

Familiarity with governance toolsets (e.g., Diligent, GRC platforms) is a plus, though not required, provided the writing reflects real-world implementation insight.
