Refine Classic Logo for Manufacturer

I already sketched a rough idea for the Associated Switchgears and Projects Ltd. logo and gathered a few visual references. Now I need a designer to polish that concept into a timeless, classic mark that feels trustworthy and established while still looking fresh. I’d like the final artwork to rely mainly on warm colors yet remain balanced, so the palette never feels loud.
Please weave the company initials into the design—subtly or boldly—and feel free to explore tasteful abstract shapes that echo the electrical-panel business without literal lightning bolts or plugs. Clean, legible lines are important; gradients or complex effects should be avoided unless they truly enhance the piece.

Deliverables
• Final logo supplied in PNG (transparent background), SVG, and an editable vector file (AI or EPS).
• Files prepared in RGB and CMYK, ready for both screen and print use.
• Full commercial ownership transferred on delivery.

I’ll provide my concept sketch and inspiration references as soon as we start. I'm currently thinking the company initials to be enclosed in a box (similar to fabrication of panel enclosures) along with an electrical circuit running through the letters.
