## Project Description

Our company is seeking an experienced web designer/developer to refine and professionally organize our existing Odoo19 website.

This is not a ground-up website design project. The website theme, page structure, graphic materials, most text content, and supporting screenshots are already prepared. The main responsibility is to improve, organize, and polish the existing material so the website looks professional, clear, consistent, and easy to navigate.

Our company provides solutions for municipalities and counties, including:

- Municipal ERP and CMS solutions
- Accessible government websites
- Accessibility tools and APIs
- Website accessibility audits
- Future digital-service and accessibility features

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will:
1. Review the supplied Odoo 19 website materials and screenshots.
2. Refine existing pages rather than redesigning the project unnecessarily.
3. Improve spacing, typography, headings, layout, visual hierarchy, and readability.
4. Ensure each page contains an appropriate amount of concise and meaningful content.
5. Position supplied images and graphics in relevant locations with suitable sizes and proportions.
6. Organize the Solutions menu so users can easily find:
- Websites for municipalities and counties
- Accessibility tools
- Accessibility APIs
- Accessibility audits
- ERP and CMS solutions
- Other relevant services and future offerings.
7. Create dedicated pages for major solutions or clearly labeled in-page tabs/sections where appropriate.
8. Preserve the existing visual identity and use the supplied theme and graphic materials consistently.
9. Keep the structure flexible so additional features and services can be added later.

## Materials We Will Provide
We will provide:
- The existing website theme.
- Existing pages and page structure.
- Most of the written content.
- Screenshots showing the intended direction and current material.
- Odoo 19 website materials and files.
- Graphic files and other relevant design assets.
The freelancer is expected to refine and implement the supplied materials, not replace them with an unrelated design or structure.
Where text is missing or too short to complete a necessary section, Lorem Ipsum may be used occasionally as temporary placeholder text. Any placeholder must have a clear title indicating the intended purpose of the section. Placeholder text should not be used as a substitute for available or reasonably editable content.
