I run a fast-growing Tamil-English channel that publishes both snackable Reels and full-length YouTube videos, so I need an editor who can comfortably switch between the two formats and keep everything feeling fresh, trendy, and share-worthy.

Here’s what the job looks like:

You’ll receive raw footage in both Tamil and English. From there, you’ll shape a tight narrative with punchy, viral pacing—think thumb-stopping opens, crisp jump-cuts, dynamic captions, slick transitions, and well-timed sound effects or B-roll that hold attention to the last second. I value storytelling just as much as technical polish, so every edit should feel purposeful rather than a simple trim-and-stitch.

Because short-form performance drives our growth, captions, text overlays, engaging cuts, and sound-design flourishes are non-negotiable. For long-form YouTube pieces, I still want that same energy—hooks up front, strong pacing throughout, and polished color & audio finishing—just adapted to a longer watch time.

What I need from you when you reply:
• A portfolio or links that prove you’ve nailed Reels/Shorts and full YouTube edits before
• The software you’re most comfortable with (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut—whatever you excel in)
• Your expected rate and typical turnaround time
• How many hours or videos you can realistically deliver each week

Reliability matters: this is ongoing work, so meeting deadlines and communicating quickly are crucial. If you’re a creative editor who understands both Tamil and English nuance and loves making content that pops, I’d love to see your work.
