We are a scaling marketing agency looking for a talented individual video editor to work with us on Reels, short-form content, and VSLs.
We are NOT looking for an agency. We want an individual editor who is fast, reliable, follows instructions well, and wants to grow with us.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should understand what good organic content looks like today.
We like editing that feels native to Instagram and TikTok - clean, minimal, fast-paced and engaging, rather than overly edited and obviously "an ad."
You should be comfortable with:
* Reels / TikToks / Shorts
* Talking-head and UGC content
* VSLs
* Captions, B-roll, hooks and pattern interrupts
* AI-assisted editing and newer AI video tools
We will give you clear instructions, references and inspiration, so you do not need to be the world's greatest creative strategist.
But if you can think for yourself, spot something that could make the edit better, and bring ideas to the table, that is a big plus.
AI + SPEED MATTERS
We are interested in editors who are experimenting with the latest AI tools and faster editing workflows.
The goal is not to use AI just for the sake of it. It is to help you produce better work, faster.
SHOW US YOUR WORK
Do not send us a giant portfolio.
Just send:
* 3 of your best organic Reels / short-form edits
* 1 VSL edit, if you have one
* The editing tools and AI tools you use
* Your availability and expected rate
If you have edited something that went viral, performed exceptionally well, or received great client feedback, show us that one.
Actual work matters more than a resume.
WHO WILL FIT WELL
This could be a particularly good opportunity for young, hungry editors and upstarts who are genuinely good at what they do and want to build with a growing company.
You do not need 10 years of experience.
If you are fast, sharp, coachable, curious about new tools, and obsessed with making content better, we would rather talk to you than someone with a fancy resume.
LONG-TERM WORK
We are scaling our marketing agency, so this is not intended to be a one-off project.
The right person can get consistent ongoing work as our content volume grows.
We will provide ready-to-edit work for the initial test: 3 organic Reels and 1 VSL, along with clear instructions and references.
Shortlisted candidates will be given the material and a clear brief to complete as a paid test project.
If you do great work, there is a lot more coming.
