Reel Editor & Idea Strategist Needed

I am looking for a creative partner who can help with reel ideation and editing. It will be a mix of voiceovers, on-face clips and then internet derived clips.
I want
• 3–5 fully edited vertical reels (1080×1920, 30–60 sec) each week
• Hook ideas and brief outlines before you start cutting
• Captions burned in, timed accurately and styled to match my visual identity
• Exported files ready for Instagram and TikTok, plus the project files so I can reuse assets
