Reduce AI Percentage Technical Research Paper - English Fluency must and must be entirely human-written.

The journal I am submitting to runs an AI-detection check and currently flags sections of my research paper as having a higher-than-allowed “AI generated” score. I need the text rewritten into a natural academic style so the percentage drops to an acceptable level while preserving the meaning, technical accuracy, and citations.

Scope
• About 10-12k words of core manuscript text (abstract, introduction, discussion, conclusion).
• All tables, figures, and references are already formatted and do not require editing.
• Target: meet the journal’s stated AI-content threshold and maintain consistent tone, terminology, and argument flow.
