Redraw Apartment Renovation Floor Plans

I have two adjoining apartments, each covering a 25 × 80 ft footprint, and I need the existing architectural drawings professionally redrawn so I can move ahead with a renovation. The key objective is to explore fresh layout ideas for the living room and kitchen while keeping the rest of the unit largely intact. And adding an additional small bathroom to each unit

You will receive the current plans in PDF. I’d like you to:
• Re-create them accurately in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), maintaining dimensions and structural elements.
• Propose at least one revised layout option that reconfigures the living room and kitchen for better flow and usability.
• Deliver clean, layered DWG files plus printable PDFs scaled for permit sets.

Accuracy is critical—I’ll be checking that wall locations, openings, and overall 25 × 80 geometry match the originals before we discuss design tweaks. If you’ve handled residential remodel drawings before, especially tight urban footprints, I’d love to see a sample.
