Redraw 1991 House Design into MicroStation PowerDraft V8

I have three A1 sheets from a house design created in 1991 that need to be redrawn in MicroStation PowerDraft V8. The original sheets, which include two plan sheets and one section/elevation sheet at a 1:100 scale, will be provided as PDF scans. The deliverables should include workable CAD files compatible with MicroStation PowerDraft V8. Accuracy and adherence to the original design are essential.
