UI/UX Design Project — Seller Onboarding & E-commerce Experience
UniSub Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer / Product Designer for a one-time project to improve the overall seller experience on our platform.
Project Scope
The project will focus on making it significantly easier and more intuitive for a seller to join UniSub, set up their online store, and start selling.
Key areas include:
* Seller Onboarding
* Review and improve the complete seller signup and onboarding journey.
* Identify friction points and simplify the process.
* Improve information architecture, navigation, and overall usability.
* Store / Website Creation
* Improve the UX of how a seller creates and sets up their e-commerce website on UniSub.
* Simplify steps such as adding business details, products, categories, images, branding, policies, etc.
* Make the experience intuitive even for sellers with limited technical knowledge.
* Seller Dashboard & Product Experience
* Review key seller workflows and suggest UX improvements.
* Improve product addition, management, and other important seller journeys.
* Landing Page
* Review the existing UniSub landing page from a UX and conversion perspective.
* Suggest and design improvements to structure, messaging hierarchy, CTAs, and overall user journey.
Expected Deliverables
* UX audit of existing flows
* Recommendations and identified UX issues
* Improved user flows / information architecture
* Wireframes where required
* High-fidelity UI designs
* Interactive Figma prototypes
* Responsive designs for relevant web/mobile screens
* Design system / component consistency recommendations
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in UI/UX and product design
* Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, seller/admin portals, or onboarding flows is preferred.
* Strong understanding of user journeys, conversion, usability, and information architecture.
* Excellent Figma skills.
* Ability to look beyond visual design and identify why a user may struggle with a flow.
* Experience with landing-page UX and conversion optimization is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can review our existing product, understand the seller journey, challenge the current UX, and redesign it where required — rather than simply creating a new visual layer.
