Redesign my print media advert.

I run a chimney sweeping business and I predominantly advertise in small parish magazines. These publications are usually A5 in size and can be colour or black and white. They offer advertising space of varying sizes: 1/4 page portrait format, 1/3 page landscape format, 1/2 page landscape format.
I have an existing advert (Black fox red banner advert, attached) that I use which is 1/4 page portrait format. I'm quite happy with it, in particular I don't want to change my company logo at the top or the bullet point list of my services. I just need it to be adjusted as follows:

Update the advert to make it more similar to the leaflet I've had designed (leaflet 2026 attached) Note that this leaflet is printed A5 size so we can't replicate it exactly as the text wouldn't be legible at 1/4 A5 size and the QR code would be too small to work

Redesign the call to action section at the bottom of the advert to better incorporate the APICS logo (it looks like a bit of an afterthought at the moment) and to add in the HETAS Sweep and Service logo and the Federation of British Chimney sweeps logo(Logo Files attached)

Create 3 versions of the advert to fit the 3 common advertising space sizes as described above and have both a colour and greyscale version in each size. Output of the project should be 6 files preferably in .png format.
