Redesign AI SaaS Interface

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to redesign our existing SaaS platform, Proxelion, into a modern, premium B2B AI SaaS product.
Proxelion is an AI prospecting and personalized outreach platform that helps businesses find the right prospects, research them, generate personalized messaging, and manage follow-ups.
What we need
We are not looking to rebuild the software. The functionality already exists. We need a designer to improve the overall UX, user flow, visual design, and usability.
Key areas:
- Landing page / marketing website
- Login & onboarding experience
- Main dashboard
- Prospect/company research page
- Campaign creation and management
- AI-generated research/personalization screens
- Inbox/reply management
- Analytics
- Settings
- Pricing page
- Responsive design
- Consistent design system/components
Design direction
We want a premium, clean, modern B2B SaaS look — similar in quality to leading AI/SaaS products.
Think:
- Clean layouts
- Strong typography
- Excellent whitespace
- Professional color palette
- Modern cards/components
- Minimal but polished animations
- Simple navigation
- Very easy for a first-time user to understand
The goal is to make Proxelion feel like a professional commercial SaaS product, not a basic developer-built application.
Deliverables
- Complete Figma design
- UX/user-flow improvements
- Desktop + responsive/mobile designs
- Design system/components
- High-fidelity screens
- Developer-ready Figma file
- Prototype for key workflows
Important: We already have the working product and developer. You will primarily be responsible for UX/UI and visual design, not coding.
Please send:
1. Your portfolio, especially SaaS/AI products
2. 2–3 relevant projects you've designed
3. Your fixed price for the complete redesign
4. Estimated timeline
5. Whether you will provide Figma source files and a developer handoff
Budget: Please provide your best fixed-price proposal.
