I have between five and ten installation manuals that must be brought in line with our current visual identity. Each document already exists, but the layout, typography, and graphic elements feel dated. I need them rebuilt in a professional, corporate style that matches the brand guidelines I will supply (logo usage, colour palette, fonts, spacing rules, imagery tone).

All work has to be done in Google Docs because our technical team edits the content regularly; you’ll receive folder access and can create or refine paragraph styles, tables, and call-outs there. Once each manual is final, I will also need a clean PDF exported directly from Docs so our print vendor can pick it up without extra tweaks.

Key deliverables
• Updated master template in Google Docs, fully branded
• 5–10 completed manuals laid out in thattemplate
• High-resolution, print-ready PDFs for every manual

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent corporate look across every page
• Proper application of all brand-guideline elements
• Correct page breaks, numbering, and linked table of contents in Docs
• PDFs that match the Docs version pixel-for-pixel

Diagrams or icons that already exist can be reused, but feel free to propose cleaner vector replacements if you see opportunities for clarity. Text changes will be minimal and handled by us; your focus is visual structure, hierarchy, and polish.

Let me know your estimated timeline for the first manual and how many rounds of refinement you normally include.
