I want to transform our Reddit presence from a sporadic effort into a well-planned, data-driven channel that consistently sparks conversation, attracts the right audiences, and funnels interested users back to our site. The scope covers everything from identifying the subreddits where our voice naturally belongs to crafting posts that earn genuine upvotes, comments, and shares.

Along the way you’ll be expected to:
• Map out the most relevant communities, keywords, and posting windows.
• Draft and schedule a steady mix of text, image, and meme-style content that feels native to each subreddit.
• Engage in comment threads, AMAs, and cross-posts while respecting Reddit’s guidelines and culture.
• Track performance with Reddit’s native analytics (and, if you prefer, tools like Hootsuite or Later) so we can see lifts in karma, follower count, referral traffic, and conversion events.

A short weekly report summarising wins, challenges, and next steps will serve as the acceptance criterion; if the metrics and insights are actionable, the week is considered complete.

Bring proven experience navigating Reddit’s unique etiquette and algorithm, and be comfortable iterating fast based on community feedback.
