Red Chiffon Dress Coverage Alterations

My evening dress is a vibrant red chiffon piece that needs a little extra modesty. I’d like the upper bodice to come up higher, but I want it done by extending the existing fabric so everything remains seamless—no obvious add-ons. Because it’s chiffon, I know the work calls for someone comfortable handling delicate, sheer layers and matching the drape perfectly.
