I need a complete mobile app (Android and/or iOS) that lets household users book a doorstep pickup for their recyclable dry waste and earn either cash or in-app points once the material is weighed and verified.
Core flow
• User signs up, selects the material type—paper, plastic, metal, or e-waste—and books a time slot.
• A collector receives the request, arrives, weighs the items, and updates the weight through the app.
• The system instantly shows the cash value or points credited to the user’s wallet.
Key features I must see
• Real-time scheduling with reschedule/cancel options.
• GPS or map integration to route collectors efficiently.
• Material-wise pricing table that I can adjust from an admin panel.
• Digital weight entry (manual input is fine for the first release; Bluetooth scale pairing is a plus but not mandatory).
• Wallet showing total earnings and redemption history (cash transfer or point redemption).
• Basic analytics dashboard for me to monitor volume collected, user activity, and payouts.
Tech preferences
I am open to either a cross-platform stack like Flutter/React Native or separate native builds, as long as the UI remains lightweight and can run smoothly on budget Android phones. A simple Firebase or similar backend is acceptable for the first version if it keeps development time down.
Deliverables
1. Source code for the mobile app and admin panel.
2. Brief setup documentation so I can deploy the backend on my own server or cloud instance.
3. One test build (APK and/or TestFlight) reflecting all listed features.
Acceptance criteria
• I can create a test user, schedule a pickup for paper, plastic, metal, and e-waste, and receive a wallet credit after the collector confirms weight.
• Admin panel lets me update per-kilogram rates and see the change instantly reflected in the app.
If you have prior work in logistics, waste management, or reward-based apps, include a short note or demo link—nothing fancy, just enough to show relevant experience.
