I need a clean, printable 3D model for a rectangular case that safely stores both 3 ml and 10 ml glass vials. The design must:
• seat each vial snugly without rattling
• keep wall thickness realistic for FDM or SLA printing (≈2 mm, but I am open to your guidance)
• be split into top and bottom parts that align smoothly and stay closed (snap-fit, screw in latches)
I have fixed the number of vials per case 8x slots for 3ml and 4x slots for 10ml vials, so feel free to suggest a two, four or six-slot layout based on the dimensions you recommend. Internal spacers or soft chamfers to ease vial insertion are a plus.
Deliverables
1. Parametric CAD (STEP or Fusion 360) so I can tweak tolerance if needed.
2. Print-ready STL files for both 3 ml and 10 ml versions.
3. A brief note on print orientation, layer height and any supports required.
Once I confirm fit on my printer, I will mark the project complete.
