Remote | Part-Time | Long-Term Potential
Palms Realty Florida is a growing boutique South Florida brokerage looking for a skilled Recruitment & Relationship Specialist to help us build our founding base of real estate agents.
This is NOT a typical cold-calling position.
We are not looking for someone whose only objective is to make 100+ scripted calls per day.
We want someone who can start genuine conversations, build relationships, understand an agent’s goals and challenges, and ultimately turn qualified conversations into agents joining Palms Realty Florida.
Who We Are

We are intentionally not trying to become a brokerage for everyone.
We’re looking for agents who believe in what we’re building and are excited about being part of the company’s early foundation as we grow.
Your Role
You will:
* Contact licensed real estate agents in our target markets.
* Build rapport and have natural, professional conversations.
* Learn what agents like—and don’t like—about their current brokerage.
* Determine whether they may be a good fit for Palms Realty.
* Introduce our brokerage and vision without using high-pressure sales tactics.
* Follow up and nurture interested agents.
* Schedule qualified conversations with our Broker/Owner.
* Help turn those relationships into agents who join the brokerage.
We value 10 meaningful conversations more than 100 rushed calls.
Ideal Background
We strongly prefer applicants with experience in HR/recruiting, relationship-based sales, customer retention, account management, business development, or professional phone outreach.
Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
What matters most is your ability to listen, communicate, build trust, follow up, and convert relationships into results.
