Recruitment & Payslip HR App

I need an HR web- or mobile-based application whose core purpose is to streamline recruitment. The system should let me create job postings, track candidates through each hiring stage, store CVs, and generate status reports so the whole hiring pipeline is visible at a glance.

Alongside recruitment, I also want a light payroll module—at this stage I only need reliable, template-driven payslip generation tied to each employee record. If you already have experience connecting payroll logic to recruitment or HR data, let me know; any suggestions that keep future tax or salary calculations in mind are welcome, but are not required for this milestone.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning recruitment workflow (job creation → candidate shortlist → offer sent)
• Payslip generator that pulls basic employee details and outputs a PDF or printable document
• Clean, intuitive UI and responsive design
• Source code, build instructions, and brief user guide

Acceptance criteria: I can post a job, move a test candidate through every stage, and download a payslip for an onboarded employee without errors.

Preferred tech stacks are open, though modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) or Flutter for cross-platform mobile would be ideal. Use any well-supported database you’re comfortable with.
