Commission Sales Partner for Recruitment Automation

I’m looking for a salesperson who can bring in paying UK recruitment agency clients for a recruitment automation product.

I do not need someone to just send me lead lists. You need to handle the outreach, explain the offer, follow up, and help move prospects towards becoming customers.

What the system does

The product helps recruitment agencies:

- Search for candidates using plain-English prompts
- Use AI to research and shortlist candidates
- Reduce manual candidate sourcing
- Automate email and SMS outreach campaigns
- Support follow-ups and repetitive recruitment admin

What you’ll do

- Find suitable UK recruitment agencies
- Contact founders, owners and Managing Directors
- Research each prospect before outreach
- Use AI to help write personalised messages, then humanise them properly
- Explain the system clearly
- Handle initial questions and objections
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Bring in actual paying clients

You can use cold email, calling, Instagram or other legitimate B2B sales methods.

I can step in for demos, technical questions and final closing if needed.

Payment

This is commission-only with no upfront payment.

You earn 25% of the first payment from each client you bring in, up to £100 per client.

You are paid only after the client has paid me and the payment has cleared.

No paying client = no commission.
