We are looking for **Recruiting Specialists, Talent Sourcers, and Candidate Researchers** to help us find qualified candidates for a variety of remote job opportunities.

### YOUR ROLE

You will receive the **job description, requirements, and candidate criteria** from us. Your responsibility will be to search for and identify candidates who genuinely match those requirements and provide their relevant CV/resume for our review.

We are looking for **qualified and relevant candidates—not bulk or random CV submissions.**

### CANDIDATE LOCATIONS

Candidates must be based in one of these markets:

- USA
- UK
- Canada
- European Union
- Australia
- New Zealand

### PAYMENT

**US$0.20 per qualified candidate CV/resume submitted.**

Payment is based on candidates that reasonably match the requirements we provide.

If you consistently deliver high-quality candidates, this can become an **ongoing recruitment sourcing opportunity** with additional assignments.

### WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE

For each recruitment assignment, we will provide:

- Job title
- Job description
- Required skills
- Experience requirements
- Location requirements
- Other candidate qualifications

The job details will be provided through the **Freelancer.com message system and/or attachment**.

### IDEAL FREELANCER

Previous recruitment experience is preferred.

### QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Please submit candidates who genuinely fit the assignment.

- Clearly unqualified candidates
- Candidates who do not meet the stated location requirements
