Recruiter Sourcing Assistant Needed

I need support filling a short-term rental role and would like you to act as an extension of my recruiting desk. Your day will revolve around three key activities:

• Sourcing on the agreed channels – job boards, social media and the main industry-specific forums where short-term rental talent gathers.
• Reaching out, introducing the opportunity and gauging interest, with a special eye for professionals who already have hands-on Airbnb experience (hospitality or property-management backgrounds are useful, but Airbnb know-how is the bulls-eye).
• Recording a mini-profile for every interested prospect that captures two essentials: their relevant work experience and their current availability to start.

A neatly organised spreadsheet or tracking file with those details and working contact information will be the primary deliverable. I’ll supply a quick briefing on the role requirements and the tone to use, so previous recruitment experience isn’t mandatory—good communication, accuracy and a professional approach are.
