About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to join a high-volume healthcare recruitment environment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates before handing qualified profiles over to the client.
The ideal candidate is highly people-oriented and confident in having engaging, candidate-centered conversations. You will assess not only a candidate's experience and skills, but also their values, behaviors, and alignment with the role and organization.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Build strong candidate relationships through engaging and relationship-led communication.

Screen applicants and shortlist qualified candidates for client review.

Conduct conversations to understand candidates' values, motivations, and alignment with each role.

Use behavioral questioning and analytical judgment to assess candidate suitability.

Effectively communicate candidate insights and recommendations to the client.

Support a high-volume recruitment portfolio covering roles ranging from entry-level positions through to Clinical Lead roles.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

Healthcare or clinical background, or previous medical support experience with strong customer service, with a clear interest in transitioning into recruitment.

Strong ability to assess candidate fit through values-based and behavioral conversations.

Excellent communication and people-relations skills.

Strong client communication skills.

Analytical and sound in judgment when evaluating candidates.

Culturally aware and comfortable working with the Australian market and workplace culture.

Experience using JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter.
