I’ll supply the sales page, unique tracking links, and commission structure; you concentrate on building a small but motivated roster of promoters and ensuring they have what they need to start driving sales.

Deliverables
• A vetted list of at least 10 niche-relevant affiliate marketers with contact details and audience stats
• Confirmation of interest or signed agreements from a minimum of 5 affiliates ready to promote
• A brief hand-off document summarising outreach messages used, next steps, and any follow-up dates
