Recruit Vacation Rental Co-Listing Agents

I’m launching a focused search for new Co-Listing Agents and need support handling the front-end recruitment work. Your day-to-day will centre on the vacation-rental space—Airbnb hosts, property managers and co-hosts who could thrive in our model.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Source and compile leads who already operate or have strong exposure to vacation rentals.
• Reach out to them by email with a concise overview of our partnership offer.
• Run an initial screening conversation over email to confirm fit and collect their CV or LinkedIn profile.
• Keep everything organised in a simple tracker so my core team can review each candidate quickly.

Professional, friendly written communication is critical because all first impressions happen in the inbox. Previous recruiting experience isn’t mandatory; if you’re detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn, this project will build your sourcing and screening skills while giving you real-world exposure to hospitality staffing workflows.

Deliverables will be:
1. A live spreadsheet (or Airtable/Notion if you prefer) containing candidate contact info, notes from your email exchange and their submitted CV or profile link.
2. A brief weekly summary highlighting promising prospects and any challenges you encounter.
