Recruit Production Manager, Ahmedabad

I need help filling a key Production Manager position for my beverage manufacturing plant in North Gujarat. The successful candidate you put forward must combine hands-on production leadership with solid knowledge of food-safety standards and demonstrably strong analytical skills; these two points are non-negotiable.

Here’s what I expect from your recruiting engagement:

• Source locally relevant talent through LinkedIn, industry groups, job boards, and your own Ahmedabad FMCG network.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews to confirm plant-floor management experience, food-safety compliance expertise, and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Present a short-list of at least three qualified candidates, each accompanied by a concise assessment report covering strengths, salary expectations, notice period, and reference check status.

I’ll remain available for quick alignment calls and will give feedback on every profile within 24 hours so the search keeps moving. Final delivery is the candidate packet in PDF or shared folder—whatever streamlines your workflow.

If you have a track record of placing manufacturing leadership roles in or around Ahmedabad, let’s get started right away.
