Creator Outreach Specialist — Online Course Instructor Recruitment
Type: Remote Freelance
Target markets: USA, UK & Australia
Compensation: €5/hour + €15 per activated instructor

About Formly
Formly is an online learning marketplace helping independent instructors reach new learners through an additional distribution channel, personalized course recommendations, and gamified learning experiences.
We're expanding our instructor network and looking for reliable outreach specialists.
What you'll do
Find instructors with existing online courses on platforms such as Udemy, Skool, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Research and record their information in our Google Sheets database.
When an email address is available, send a personalized outreach email including our Formly presentation video.
When no email is available, reach out through an appropriate social media channel with a personalized message.
Follow up with interested instructors and answer basic questions.
Refer instructors who request a video meeting to our founder.
Each specialist will focus on a specific course category and geographic market.
Well-known instructors are welcome when relevant. We prioritize a diverse range of genuine educators rather than lists dominated by generic make-money-online personalities.
Productivity expectations
Target: 6 complete instructor outreach cycles per hour.
Each cycle includes finding a relevant instructor, checking their existing course, recording their information and sending an appropriate personalized first message.
Expected minimum:
4 hours: 24 contacted instructors
8 hours: 48 contacted instructors
20 hours: 120 contacted instructors
Only relevant, non-duplicate and verifiable outreach counts toward the target. All contacts and messages must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Compensation
€5 per authorized hour actually worked.
€15 bonus for each newly recruited instructor who publishes an approved, publicly accessible course on Formly.
Initial 4-hour paid trial (€20 fixed).
Further hours may be approved based on demonstrated productivity and outreach quality, up to 20 hours for the initial pilot (100€).
Productivity targets determine continuation, not payment for authorized work already completed.
Requirements
Strong written English.
Experience with lead generation, creator outreach, online research or influencer partnerships.
Good Google Sheets skills.
Ability to write personalized messages and manage follow-ups.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
