Recruit Malaysian Malay Voice Participants

I’m running a small-scale AI voice data collection and need a reliable recruiter who can quickly bring in native Malaysian Malay speakers for a one-off, 60-minute recording session carried out at home.

Scope of work
• Source participants exclusively through online job boards that cater to Malaysia.
• Screen every applicant to confirm three non-negotiables: they are native Malaysian Malay speakers, they have access to a quiet recording environment, and they own a smartphone capable of recording clear audio.
• Once approved, send the ready-made Malay reading scripts to each participant via their preferred messaging app (this is how we will distribute all materials).
• Guide them through the simple recording instructions, collect the finished audio files, and do a quick quality check for background noise or missing lines.
• Forward the verified audio along with a basic participant log (name, contact, confirmation of criteria met). I release payment to them as soon as each file passes the check, so prompt communication is essential.

Deliverables
1. A minimum of X qualified participants (let’s confirm the exact target together).
2. Zip folder containing their completed audio files, labelled by participant ID.
3. Participant log in CSV or Google Sheet.

Acceptance criteria
• All recordings must cover 100 % of the provided script, be in native Malaysian Malay, and remain free of background noise.
• File format: WAV or high-quality MP3, recorded on a smartphone.
• Each participant completes the task in under an hour.
