Recruit Independent Cooler Cleaners

I need help filling 140 commercial cooler cleaning jobs spread across the United States. For every site, I want an independent contractor with their own cleaning equipment and the ability to travel to multiple nearby locations. Each contractor should be comfortable taking on anywhere from 1 to 25 stores, depending on the size of their crew and schedule.

What I expect from you:

• Post effective, cost-free ads on Cragslist Gigs, Facebook groups, and any other relevant community boards.
• Screen every response to confirm the cleaner is truly an independent contractor, has all necessary equipment, and can hit the road to surrounding sites when needed.
• Organize the candidates by state and the number of locations they are willing to cover so I can assign routes quickly.
• Deliver a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with full contact details, service capacity, and a brief note on their availability timeline.

I will consider the job complete once the spreadsheet lists enough qualified contractors to cover all 140 locations with no gaps.
