Recruit Contributors for AI Video Project

Description:
Adwa Digital Data Solutions is looking for team leads, agencies and community organizers who can bring in contributors for a paid AI training project.

Your role:
1. Recruit adult contributors from your network, community or team
2. Have each contributor sign up on our project platform and complete one task (15 short videos recorded on their smartphone, following a 1 minute tutorial)
3. Make sure every contributor follows the tutorial rules before submitting
4. Send us the list of contributors who have fully submitted

You earn $20 for every contributor whose task is fully submitted and approved:
• 10 contributors = $200
• 20 contributors = $400
• 30 contributors = $600
• 40 contributors = $800
• 50 contributors = $1,000
• No upper limit. Bring as many as you can

Contributor requirements:
• 18 years or older
• A smartphone with a good camera
• Clear spoken English
• Each contributor is a real, different person, with one task per person
• All videos must be genuinely theirs. No compressed, no social media downloaded, No edited, downloaded, reused or AI generated content

Payment:
Paid through Freelancer in batches, as your contributors' tasks are approved. Only fully submitted and approved tasks are paid.

3. Where your contributors come from (country or region) and their general age range
4. Any experience managing teams, communities or data collection work
