Recruit Airbnb & Hospitality Talent

I’m launching a focused recruiting sprint for Co-Listing Agents who already understand Airbnb, short-term rentals and the wider hospitality space. Online research is the core of this job, so you’ll spend most of your time sourcing prospects on LinkedIn, Indeed and the relevant Facebook Groups where hosts, co-hosts and property managers congregate.

Once you identify likely fits, reach out, introduce the opportunity in a professional yet friendly tone, answer basic questions and run a brief screening call or chat to confirm they truly have hands-on Airbnb or property-management experience.

For every candidate who says “yes,” build a complete packet in our shared tracker so my team can move straight to second-round interviews. Each packet must include:
• An up-to-date CV
• Key professional details that highlight short-term-rental or hospitality achievements
• At least one reference we can verify

Maintain clear status notes, keep communication timely and organised, and aim for an initial batch of 15–20 qualified leads within two weeks. Prior recruiting experience is welcome but not essential; persistence, clarity and tidy record-keeping matter more.
