Recreate Printed Book in Google Docs

I have a set of printed book pages that need to be recreated inside Google Docs, character for character and line for line. Every heading, paragraph break, page break, image, table, footnote, and bit of special styling on the paper page should appear in the digital copy exactly where it belongs.

You may use OCR or any other tool you trust, but the final document must be proof-read so that spelling, punctuation, and overall layout match the original pages with no visible loss of quality. Images and tables should be inserted at the correct positions, resized or wrapped so the flow mirrors the book.

Deliverable
• One Google Docs file that faithfully reproduces the supplied pages, ready for me to share or export without further editing.
