Recreate PDFs into CAD files. (.dwg)

I have 3 PDF sheets that need to be redrawn in AutoCAD and returned as individual .dwg files. These are not rough sketches: every label, symbol, line weight, and connection must match the originals precisely, so the finished DWGs can be over-laid on the PDFs with zero visible deviation.

I included a doc titled Perfect Sample so you can see what I am looking for. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Page 1 Needs
• This area. All Boxes Removed
• Walls stay as is
• Pillars need to be redrawn as they have
been deleted

Page 2 Needs
This page.
• All furniture removed
• Pillars left in place.
• All walls left as is area.
• All rooms and offices, I need sizes in square feet

Page 3 Needs

The files must:
• open cleanly in AutoCAD 2018 or newer
• keep text editable (no exploded fonts)
• follow logical layers so wires, symbols, and annotations can be toggled separately

When you respond, attach or link to past work that demonstrates similar CAD accuracy; that’s the main thing I’ll review before awarding.

Deliverables
1. Four separate DWG files—one per PDF—mirroring the diagrams exactly.

This is a very simple task that should be done in 45-60 minutes for a person who knows what they are doing. Please don't waste your time or mine with bids over my offer. I would do this job myself, but I am traveling this week and dont have the time.

I’ll review by doing a colour overlay of your DWGs against the source PDFs; any missing label, symbol, or misaligned line will need adjusting before final sign-off.
