Recreate Modern Window Graphic ASAP

I have an existing decorative window graphic that must be rebuilt from scratch in a clean, modern style. The original file is unusable, so I need a fresh vector version—precisely matched in layout, colours, and proportions—delivered within the next two hours. The images should be kept empty as placeholders.

Please rebuild it in Adobe Illustrator (or an equivalent vector tool) so the final artwork scales flawlessly for large-format printing. I will supply a low-resolution reference image the moment we start; you return a print-ready PDF plus the editable AI/SVG source.
