Recreate Logo in AI

I have an existing logo only in PNG format and I need it rebuilt as a clean, fully-editable vector. No alterations, colour tweaks, or layout changes are required—the new file must look identical to the original raster image, just infinitely scalable.

The final artwork should be produced in Adobe Illustrator so I can open, edit, and export it whenever needed. If you normally supply additional vector versions (EPS, SVG, PDF), feel free to include them; however, the .ai file is the single must-have deliverable.

Deliverables
• Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file with all text converted to outlines or the original font attached
• Transparent-background PNG exported from the vector for quick web use
• (Optional but welcome) EPS and SVG versions for print and web flexibility

Acceptance criteria
• Vector artwork matches the supplied PNG pixel-for-pixel in shape, colour, and proportions
• No stray points, masks, or unneeded groups inside the Illustrator file
• All elements remain crisp and scalable at any size without quality loss
