Recreate JPEG in Illustrator

I need the single visual that is currently only a JPEG turned into a fully editable Adobe Illustrator file that mirrors the original down to the last pixel. You’ll get the JPEG itself plus a separate document with every line of text ready to copy-and-paste, so nothing has to be re-typed.
Because I’m unsure of the original image resolution, please work at standard print quality (300 ppi) to keep everything crisp. Match the colours you see in the JPEG exactly; no alternate palette is required. The fonts should feel identical to what’s in the image—if the precise faces aren’t obvious, choose the closest professional matches so spacing and overall look remain unchanged.
Deliverable:
• A layered .ai file (CC-compatible) that I can open and edit freely.
• An exported PDF proof so I can confirm accuracy at a glance.
That’s all there is to it—clean layout, correct colours, matching type. If you have the time today, it should be a quick win for both of us.
