Recreate Homepage with Tailwind CSS + Pure JavaScript

I need a frontend developer to recreate the **homepage only** of this website:

The final result should match the reference website as closely as possible, including:

- Full homepage layout
- Responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Animations and transitions
- Scroll effects
- Hover effects
- Interactive elements
- Typography, spacing and overall visual appearance

### Technology Requirements

You must use:

- HTML5
- Tailwind CSS
- Pure / Vanilla JavaScript

Please **do not use React, Vue, Next.js, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap or external JavaScript animation libraries**.

The website must be coded from scratch. Simply copying/exporting the original Framer source code is **not acceptable**.

### Delivery

The complete project must be delivered as a **ZIP file** containing all source files.

After extracting the ZIP, I should be able to run the project using:
