Recreate High-Res Package Design for Manufacturing

I already have a completed product packaging design for a retail box. I DO NOT need a new design. I need an experienced packaging/prepress graphic designer to recreate/rebuild my existing artwork as a professional, high-resolution, print-ready file for my manufacturer.
My manufacturer says the current artwork has insufficient pixel resolution for printing.
I will provide:
- My completed packaging design PDF/reference
- The manufacturer’s box dieline/template with exact dimensions
- My logo/branding assets
- My actual UPC barcode
- Product images/reference images
I need the designer to reproduce my existing design as closely as possible on the manufacturer’s exact dieline and prepare it properly for commercial printing.
Final deliverables should include:
- Editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) source file
- Print-ready vector PDF
- CMYK color mode
- Proper bleed and safe margins according to the manufacturer’s dieline
- Fonts outlined or properly packaged
- High-resolution product images (300 DPI at final print size where raster images are necessary)
- Correct cut/fold/dieline layers
- My exact UPC barcode preserved as a clean, scannable barcode
IMPORTANT: Do not redesign the packaging or change the branding/layout without approval. The goal is to professionally rebuild the existing design at production quality so it can be printed on 500 retail boxes.
Please only bid if you have experience preparing packaging artwork for commercial/factory printing. Please show examples of packaging/dieline work you have prepared for manufacturing.
