Recreate Editable Gynaec Formats Corel

I will send you a set of gynaecology-related form images. Your task is to open a fresh CorelDRAW document for each one and re-type every word exactly as it appears, keeping the same line breaks, headings and spacing so that the finished file looks identical at a glance but remains fully editable.

What matters most here is the text: no need to redraw logos or other graphics. Simply mirror the existing type, apply the same colours you see in the originals and keep the text blocks aligned exactly as they are now—left, centered or right, whichever the image shows.

Deliverables
• One CorelDRAW (.cdr) file per form, with all text objects live and editable
• Any custom colour styles saved inside the file
• A quick PDF export for visual cross-check

I will review the PDFs against the source images; if every word matches, the colours are true and I can edit the text without issue, the job is done. Two minor revision rounds are included just in case anything slips through.
