Recreate Carrier Xactimate Estimate

I have a carrier-generated Xactimate estimate in PDF format and need it rebuilt inside Xactimate so I can work with the file directly. I’ll upload the complete PDF, which includes the full interior sketch, 212 structural line items, the price list for the correct ZIP code, and several pages of contents lines that should be ignored.

Your job is to reproduce the three-level, ~2,000 SF interior sketch, then enter every structural line item in its proper room and coverage category. Wherever the sketch can drive quantities—wall, ceiling, flooring areas, linear footage—please let Xactimate calculate them. Use the exact price list shown in the PDF. I’ll open the result with Xactimate desktop, so the final deliverable must be a single .ESX file exported from your project.

Minor variances in measurements or pricing are fine. If any line item can’t be placed with certainty or a sketch detail is missing from the PDF, simply flag it rather than guessing.

Acceptance criteria:
• ESX opens cleanly in Xactimate desktop
• Three-level sketch matches the PDF layout and footage within normal tolerances
• Exactly 212 structural line items entered; contents lines excluded
• Each item resides in the correct room and coverage category
• Notations identify any flagged uncertainties

Once confirmed, you can send me the ESX file and we’re done.
