Recreate Carrier Bag Logo Precisely

I have an old carrier bag with a logo that needs to be redrawn for print. The brief is simple: reproduce the artwork exactly as it appears—no stylistic changes, no modern updates—so the finished piece looks indistinguishable from the original.

The final file must be a fully layered Adobe Photoshop (PSD) document in CMYK colour mode. Please keep every element—text, shapes, background—on its own clearly named layer to make future edits straightforward. A resolution of 300 dpi at roughly 3000 px on the longest edge will give me enough flexibility for larger print runs.

I only have a low res image of the bag. Accuracy in line work and colour matching is the top priority, and a quick turnaround is appreciated.
