Recover Stuck WhatsApp Business Account

My WhatsApp Business number has shown “pending delete” inside the Meta Business API for almost two years. Each time I attempt to register it I receive the pop-up: “WhatsApp currently unavailable. Please try again after 1 hour.” The message never clears and the number cannot be reused anywhere else in the WhatsApp ecosystem.

I have already exhausted the typical self-service paths:
• Contacted WhatsApp support on several occasions
• Opened tickets with Meta Business Support and followed their instructions
• Worked through our WhatsApp BSP (Business Solution Provider)
• Attempted to delete and re-add the number from the Meta Business platform

Despite all of that, the status remains unchanged.

What I need now is someone who can take over the escalation directly with Meta / WhatsApp, navigate their internal processes, and return the number to an “approved” state (or, if impossible, secure a clean removal so it can be re-registered). Please let me know your experience dealing with Meta Business Manager or WhatsApp API escalations and how quickly you believe you can unlock or reset the number. Acceptance is simple: the number must either appear as “Connected” in Meta Business Manager or be freed so it can be freshly registered without the “currently unavailable” error.
