Recover Lost Android Contacts

I have misplaced my Android phone and every contact was stored only inside the Fossify Contacts app. Google sync was off and I never ran a manual export, so at the moment I do not have any usable backup.
I need an Android data-recovery specialist who can still pull those numbers back for me. Because the handset itself is gone, the job will focus on every other potential trace that might exist: carrier logs, earlier USB or SD-card images, cloud call-log services, messaging-app exports, or any residual vCard files that may have landed on a PC I once connected to. Your role is to investigate all realistic avenues, tell me exactly what you need from my side (account credentials, access to computers the phone synced with, etc.), then walk me through each step remotely until I end up with my contacts in a single file.
Deliverable
• One consolidated .vcf, .csv, or .xlsx containing every phone number you can salvage.
• A short report describing the tools and steps you used and where each set of numbers came from, so I can replicate the process if ever needed again.
Let me know your proposed approach, the specific tools you prefer to use (ADB backup analyzers, SQLite parsers, disk-image recovery suites, or anything else), the estimated timeline, and the success rate you believe is achievable under these circumstances.
