Recover Data From MacBook A1707

My 15-inch MacBook Pro (model A1707) had its internal SSD erased and, although I have powered it on and done a bit of light work since, the drive is still largely untouched. I now need every recoverable file pulled from it—documents, photos, videos, projects, anything that can still be saved.

Remote guidance is fine if the job can be done without shipping hardware, otherwise I am willing to send the logic board or full machine to you.
