I know that several crucial spreadsheets carrying *special* administrative command instructions are out there, still shared with others, yet I no longer hold sole edit rights. It exists on management solutions and information systems ERP systems online. I cannot say for certain whether they sit in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or scattered across different cloud accounts, but I’m confident they exist and need to be brought back under my exclusive control.
Here is what I can give you right away:
• Names or email addresses of the people who probably shared or last edited them
• Key words and phrases that are likely in the file titles
• A rough time-frame of when each sheet was created or last used
Using that information, I need you to:
1. Track down every spreadsheet that matches those clues across any of my personal or work-related Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments (I may have more than one account; we’ll clarify access once you engage).
2. Verify each file’s sharing settings, log who currently holds edit permission, and document the location.
3. Transfer full ownership or, where platform limits apply, strip other editors until I alone can modify the content.
4. Provide a concise handover report listing every file, its final storage path, and confirmation that sole edit control now rests with me.
Familiarity with Google Admin Console, Drive audit logs, OneDrive/SharePoint admin center, and permission-audit tools will be essential to complete the job efficiently and without disrupting collaborators’ access history.
If you have solid experience recovering and consolidating scattered cloud documents, let’s get these sheets back where they belong.
